Meet

Dr. Chang

Dr. Chang is a board certified oculofacial plastic surgeon with over 15 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the periorbital region of the face which includes brows, eyelids, orbits, tear ducts and the lower face. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

 

Dr. Chang approaches each patient as an individual with unique reconstructive and aesthetic goals, and brings proven surgical and nonsurgical techniques from across the world to her patients. As an educator, Dr. Chang instructs fellows and resident physicians in her role as Clinical Associate Professor of Orbital and Oculofacial Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington.

​Eyelid skin becomes thinner and baggy due to aging. Upper blepharoplasty helps the eyes look younger by removing baggy skin and tightening lax muscles in the upper eyelids.

Asian blepharoplasty creates a natural crease and fold, often referred to as a “double eyelid”, and can also improve issues like asymmetry, drooping, or puffiness in the eyelids.
