Skin Cancer & Mohs Reconstruction

Dr. Chang is an expert in the reconstruction of delicate facial and eyelid structures after the removal of tumors, including Mohs reconstruction. Mohs reconstruction is completed in two steps, first with excision and examination of the tumor by your dermatologist followed by reconstructive surgery by Dr. Chang.

Blepharoplasty Revision Surgery

Revision eyelid (blepharoplasty) surgeries are more complex than primary surgeries, and Dr. Chang has deep experience correcting challenging cases. Revision blepharoplasty may require complex transfer of adjacent tissues (flaps) or skin (skin grafts) from other parts of the eyelid or face to complete the reconstruction.

Eyelid & Facial Growth Removal

An eyelid cyst (chalazion) is a sac or capsule, while a stye is a bump on the eyelid, typically removed by direct excision. Cysts, styes and xanthalasma can all be treated in the office with minimal downtime by Dr. Chang.
